As an Insurance Account Representative for Eric Gil State Farm, you’ll help customers protect what matters most by building relationships, answering questions, and guiding them through policy applications, renewals, and ongoing service. You’ll act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams while proactively marketing relevant products and services to grow the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information about auto, home, life, and other insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
- Support new business acquisition through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure smooth service and follow-through
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience and communication
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid insurance licenses required:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Life and Health license
- Willingness to learn and follow agency processes and compliance standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management
- Comfort with phone, email, and CRM tools
- Strong time management and organization

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
